  I have what I feel is a very good relationship with this clinic. All of my cats are rescue cats and they need and deserve TLC. The staff at this clinic know my three cats by name, and they often remember their idiosyncrasies (Morgan has a broken tooth, Cruz is sweet but picks on his brother, and Hunter is very timid). I have been going to this clinic for 4 years, and started with one kitty and gradually added 2 more. The vet that I recently worked with helped me to explore several options (including meds and food change in addition to behaviour modification techniques) to address Cruz's bullying of his brother, and Hunter no longer inappropriately eliminates in my home. This was huge for me, because I was at my wits end, and was beginning to fear that I might need to re-home one of my boys, which would have been devastating!! The vet is always very patient with the cats (and me - I am an over-protective fur-mama) and I have never felt rushed. The vet has called me on more than one occasion to give me update or discuss options for issues I am experiencing, and these phone calls were always no charge. I feel the vet is/was invested in the successful resolution of my issues and the health and well-being of my pets. The staff (admin, techs and vet) have all complimented me on being a good pet owner and say that my cats are obviously treated well and loved - that means something to me, and I was touched that they notice the loving care that my animals receive. I have always felt respected and heard by the staff, and I will continue to take my precious fur-babies to this clinic. My animals mean the world to me, and I simply would not continue to work with a clinic unless I thought my pets were getting very good care - Thank you!

  We take both our cats and our dog to this clinic and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Every time we call our concerns for our animals health always take priority with the receptionists. Good Job Guys!
